Found that one at world of Christmas.net and just changed one word. The last line said "a child as special as you" but I changed it to teacher.

The gift you give to each student

should be remembered, some will become famous and some will be unique

but they will remember Mrs. ______ because she cared.

Don't overcomplicate, working something with your daughter and have your daughter try to write it.

Even its ugly or too simple, i think most teacher will like that.
