Mom's unknown itching?

During the summer, my mom experienced itching all over her body, but you couldn't see them. Her skin wasn't red or anything, so I think it's something internally. She tried everything: from cremes, liquid medicine to pills, but everything was only temporary Everything has been fine until a week ago, and especially at this moment. The itching is back, and she will get an allergy test sooner or later, but I want to know if anyone has a clue what it could be. She's obviously allergic to something, but our family has no idea.

Can someone help?

You could try sanitising her mattress.

Because she lies on it for long periods of time (ie - overnight), then if there is something that is triggering her allergies, she will keep triggering it every time she goes to sleep.

If that doesn't work, she will just be happier knowing that she is sleeping on a clean bed.
