ideal weight for 5"3 should be 107-140. so being honest here, you are a little out of the range.

If you are 20+, according to the BMI chart, you're a little overweight at a BMI of 25.7 (Normal range goes up to 25). However,
It's important to consider a) your proportions and b) your muscle mass. My older sister weighs 153 pounds and she's 17, 5'10 and a
Track star. She's not overweight and actually looks really skinny. This is because she's toned and has a lot of muscle so shes only probably about 4% fat. I on the other hand, am 13, 5'1 and 94 pounds and am actually quite fat. So it all depends on you, really. I would see your doctor or get a scale that measures % body fat as well. As long as your under 25% body fat (I think) than you're healthy. Also a size 5
Pant is in the smaller side.Hope this helped :)

well your bmi is 25.7 so unless you have a lot of muscle your borderline between overweight and normal.
so if you can't do 1 or 2 pushups, personally i would lose like 5-10 pounds. Or just do 1-2 pushups a day, and over time you would build muscle that would naturally burn weight.
Either way its not that big of a deal. If your worried about, or it is effecting your confidence, shed a couple and move on if you want. Basically your borderline. And these numbers are guesstimates

you are a little overweight. but it could depend on how much muscle or fat you have or the body frame.
