Red, itchy circle on thigh?

On my thigh, there's an itchy, red circle. It's quite large, and my mom has it lower on her leg (she has eczema), but she said it doesn't look the same. I'm not sexually active, so it can't be an STD, so I'm just curious on what it could possibly be.

    Could be anything from a bug bite to an allergic reaction to something. Depends how long it's been there. If it gets worse, definitely go to a doctor.

    If it turns out to just be eczema then I'll recommend a product from Britain to clear it up fast and stop the itch in seconds, Salcura Dermaspray. we've used it for six months not on our child with with dramatic results.
