What happens if Satan doesn't want somebody in hell?

Say God sends a person to hell but for some reason (overcrowding, or under-staffing or something), Satan doesn't want him there. In the Christian belief, does Satan/Lucifer have the power to expel people from hell? And if so, where do they go?

Well, I thought I was there and got sent back here, I was pretty sure that HE said I had far too much Evil left in me to be wasted in Hell. He told me that I could cause far more damage and horrific trauma here than there.

But then I came down off my trip and realized that me dealer had not lied, that Acid was incredible, and also that Satan/Lucifer is actually only an imaginary being created by humans to counter balance the good imaginary being they had created first.

Once I realized all of that, I knew that I needed to get some more of that Acid soon but I might want to only take 5 hits the next time, 10 seems to maybe be a bit much.

No where in the Bible does it say that Satan is in charge of hell.

because God is God and devil is devil. God holds the foremost to hell, devil doesn't, it is not his excellent to be sure who comes and who doesn't because he's not the boss, God is. also, he needs more suitable human beings to hitch him cuz that means that those human beings have rejected God, and devil knows that that doesn't make God chuffed, and understanding that it doesn't make God chuffed makes devil chuffed. follow?
