whats wrong with me, i feel rather sick?
I feel kind of ill...
It hurts my chest when i breathe, there's a whistling sound when I breathe deeply, my head also hurts very badly, and my boyfriend said I feel a bit warm.
I hung out with my little niece yesterday and she has bronchitis, she was rushed to the hospital this morning... Did I catch it from her, or is this something else entirely? Any info would be great.

I have had bronchitis and those symptoms were exactly what I was experiencing. You probably caught the bug :(

Exposure to germs, virus, bacteria usually takes a few days to show up as illness so maybe you did pick up something from your niece or maybe not.
Obviously you are ill.
If you run a high fever get to a doctor no matter how far out in the sticks you live or go to the ER or Urgent Care. Otherwise, go to bed to rest and sleep it off, take decongestants and cold meds, they work wonders. A fever requires antibiotics. Age old receipt, liquids, tea, bed rest.

You need to rest. It could be a virus. I doubt you really got anything from your neice. I have had brochitis before and it never spread to anyone else. Drink plenty of fluids and rest. If you have a humidifier then use that also. You should start to feel better soon. If you get worse then I would go see your doctor.
