The LSA Queen
I'm pretty laid back. I'm a singer, a go-go dancer, a raver and I love music (obviously). I'm a gamer chick as well. Here to answer questions and hopefully get some of my questions rightfully answered as well.
I have a pretty bad headache?
I've had this headache for about two weeks now. At first I thought it was a sinus issue because there's been wildfires nearby and I thought it was caused by smoke. I did realize that I also just had a birth control type, Implanon inserted near the beginning of this month. I am kind of leaning towards a migraine now. I don't have a stuffy or runny nose so I'm pretty sure its not sinus related after all.
I've suffered from migraines for years, they've always been hormonal but only lasted a day or two tops.
My main symptoms are: A moderate or so pain located in the front of my head, eye pain, a tad bit of light sensitivity, extreme fatigue, nausea, occasional dizziness, confusion/memory issues, and it hurts more when I lay down or make sudden movements.
So provided with the information above, is this a migraine or something else? And should I contact my doctor if this continues for much longer? Thanks.
2 AnswersPain & Pain Management8 years agoLife Expectancy for someone with Stage V Kidney disease?
Hello everyone, my grandfather has this condition. He's 76 years old and has been sick for a long time. Basically I think the initial problem was caused by decades of alcoholism and possible high blood pressure.
I talked with him on the phone the other night and he was extremely fatigue and sounded terrible. I know he doesn't have much longer to live, but I'd appreciate if its possible to estimate how much longer? He is getting treatment and dialysis and all that. If anyone can help out it'd be highly appreciated thanks.

I've looked at loads of photos of angle of his throws and its not exactly QB style, but more along the lines of a pitcher.
9 AnswersFootball (American)9 years agoMy boyfriend's dog is dying, is this a normal reaction?
My boyfriends family has had this wonderful german shepherd in their family for years. He's eight and they just recently found out he has lung cancer.. he probably won't live past a week or two.
My boyfriend is acting strange about it, he seems to be in complete denial that his beloved pet his dying. i guess I was just asking is this normal behavior for men who are pet owners? I guess i just find it strange that he doesn't seem that upset about it, because he loves that dog.
8 AnswersDogs9 years agoIs my dog cold, he looks like he is shivering often but its hard to tell?
Okay this may sound silly or dumb, but my dog is old. he has arthritis in his rear legs and those shake all the time. Despite that, he looks like he's shaking all over but only when he's outside. It's not that cold here, and hes got a lot of fur (hes a shiba inu) is he cold? If so would getting him a little sweater to wear during the winter be a good idea?
3 AnswersDogs9 years agowhats wrong with me, i feel rather sick?
I feel kind of ill...
It hurts my chest when i breathe, there's a whistling sound when I breathe deeply, my head also hurts very badly, and my boyfriend said I feel a bit warm.
I hung out with my little niece yesterday and she has bronchitis, she was rushed to the hospital this morning... Did I catch it from her, or is this something else entirely? Any info would be great.

6 AnswersFootball (American)9 years agoacne and sensitive skin?
I've been having pretty nasty acne lately, on my forehead, cheeks and chin.
I've tried loads of different products, but nothing seems to be doing the trick.
I have super sensitive skin and it seems like everything I've tried just irritates my skin.
Does anyone know of any skin care products that aren't too heavy and work on my awfully sensitive skin?
Natural remedies or natural skin care product ideas are acceptable.
No Proactiv though, that product made my skin much worse.

I'm just a little confused about what exactly the desires or demands the protesters are making.
Not that I'm dissing it, but also what are the protesters hoping to achieve?
6 AnswersCivic Participation10 years agomy dog has arthritis and I am curious if theres anything I can do about it?
He's had it for a little over a year. He's a 14 year old shiba inu and he's very healthy for his age. I was just curious if there's anything I can do to relieve him of it a bit. His hind legs are very stiff and often shake, I just want to know if there's anything that can help him or if theres any vitamins he should take. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
13 AnswersDogs10 years agoChristians, can we agree on this?
That the Westboro Baptist Church are horrible people. I am an atheist but I can recognize the difference between respectful and happy christians with the complete opposite. I cannot stand the WBC and I was wondering what you guys think of them.
13 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoShould my thumb still be hurting me?
Three years ago I injured my left thumb. I visited with a hand surgeon and discovered that I had torn several ligaments in the area. After the MRI he told me it was a partial tear.
I'm not sure if he was right exactly because it's been so long and it still causes me pain daily, it's driving me crazy. I've researched it and the sites said partial thumb tears should be fine after about 6 weeks. Is it possible the doctor was wrong?
1 AnswerPain & Pain Management1 decade agoIs this pink eye? or just normal irritation?
I wear horrible horrible contacts that my idiot eye doctor made me use, specifically Acuvue Oasis (for astigmatism) and yesterday I woke up with a really red eye, it feels dry and watery and hurts really bad. I avoided wearing my contacts yesterday and my boyfriend thinks it's pink eye. I'm not 100% sure that it's pink eye but maybe really strong irritation from my contacts? Any advice would be fantastic.

1 AnswerReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhy do you think homosexuals make such an impact?
to the homophobes.. Honestly, why are you so bothered with other people's differences. I have to know.. What they do from day to day, how does that even affect you personally? You don't see them coming to your doorstep or asking for approval, so why does it even matter?
15 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoI think my birth control has made me gain a little bit of weight?
I'm sure everyone's heard this a million times, but I use a non-traditional kind of birth control known as Implanon it's an implant type of birth control. I have a really fast metabolism so weight gain is unfamilar to me. It's nothing major I'd say if I have gained weight that its around 5-10 pounds. Could this be because of Implanon at all? All answers will be highly appreciated.
