In medical transcription, are foreign dictators the trend for 2012? It seems that is all I transcribe now.?
I transcribe for a living and just a couple of foreign dictators each day can absolutely wreck your line count for the week. I get paid by the line, so they can really slow me down. You would think as hard as some of them are to understand, you could at least be better compensated for the effort and time it takes to do their work. Does anyone else feel this way?

I think you may be right. Even I am also watching nowadays that many foreign companies like Transcriptions Services and RPJ Atlantic Technologies Canada are fast catching up in transcription business in 2012. It's quite hard to work for such organizations but such a career may pay off well in the long run. So All the Best for your future.
