Should you count sugar free gum calories?

If you burn 10 calories for every hour you chew gum,and gum has 5 calories per stick, should you count the calories if you chew a stick for half an hour(you burn 5 calories every half hour) should you log that in your daily calorie log? Or not because you burn the calories chewing the gum.

no its really obsessive if you count it...

dont bother. you burn the calories anyways so it evens out... plus in the long run whats an extra 3 or 4 calories going to do anyways?

By this logic you should deduct all calories burnt from every single activity you do, to give your net gain.
