46% to 43%. Do you think if Romney continues to take the primaries his lead over Obama will increase?

A poll taken ten months before the election is meaningless. All polls do is predict future voting patterns, like predicting the weather and as accurate.

The famous photograph from 1948 of a grinning Harry Truman holding up a Chicago Tribune with the headline, "Dewey Defeats Truman " after Truman had won. The Tribune based their story polling information. They wanted to scoop the other papers so they printed their story before the votes had been counted.

In 1992 in Illinois, the Peoria Journal-Star ran a poll two days before the primary. It showed Carol Moseley Braun placing third in a three person race for the Democratic nomination for U.S. Senate. She won the primary and the general election.

In 2008, the Des Moines Register published a poll showing Edwards and Clinton as neck and neck in the Democratic caucuses. Obama won.

In the special election to replace Edward Kennedy, the. Boston Globe showed Martha Coakley, the Democratic candidate, leading bye 17 points. She lost.

Polls are easy news stories to report. Don't pay too much attention to them.

You must be dreaming. As of right now Obama will win.

He has more money and he has allready given his soul to the elites that run the country.

Polls don't really matter at this point. Lot of campaign left.
