She told me she wants to dress like her mom and grand mother.both of them are always in heels and very short skirts and nylons,she has asked them and have not bought her any,so she asked if I would buy her some heels and some miniskirts and stockings, I want to but should I she has long skirts and on the way to school the other day I took her,and while I drove she pulled her skirt up and asked me if she had sexy legs, told her yes,and she asked me to please buy her some miniskirts.

It's not really appropriate for any male relative, even her father (whether step or not) to buy her clothing like that.  A gift card is more appropriate though if she wants to buy these sorts of things.
