Who could be held responsible for such a pathetic conditions of government and judiciary all over the world?

I think Canada has done a pretty good job with their country.

We all are responsible for this because government comes from us. And we do not have awareness or have a little about "Civics". If we want improvement we have to be responsible,aware and should understand the importance of Civics.

Look in the mirror.

Be the change you wish to see in the world.

Poor innocent suffer, responsible? Men himself. No end.

Anyone who is against self government and democracy, usually ruthless people motivated by money and power.

It ia fall out of Money Power.

The political bosses and the foolish masses who elect them

Electorate and those who only criticize the system without participation.

Too bad in India air rifles are even hard to get.
