Skipping a meal can actually make you gain weight. It also makes your blood sugar drop a lot. It can make you feel lazy and tired, but it can also wreck havoc with insulin in your body. If you skip meals, you can be setting yourself up for the development of diabetes later in life. Also, you wouldnt be getting adequate nutrition if you skip meals. A diet should actually consist of 6 meals a day. 3 full meals and 3 tiny snacks. Each meal should be rich in fruits and vegetables. When you dont get enough nutrition you can have a stroke of develop certain types of cancer. When you skip meals, your metabolism slows down which cause fat to be stored in muscle. You aren't losing weight by not eating. You are gaining it, and gaining risks to death.
A good diet insists of a lot of healthy food. You can actually eat as much as you want everyday (with all healthy foods) and exercise, and you will lose weight faster. The key to losing weight is eating a lot of healthy foods and exercising at least an hour a day.
Never deprive yourself of food. It could kill you.
I hope i helped! Good luck

Skipping meals is not healthy the other alternative is to make some vegetable and fruit drinks. Have this for your breakfast and lunch, but have a dinner some kind of starch and protein.

Skipping a meal is bad. If you do, you'll have cravings throughout the entire day and not have as much energy as you would have if you just ate dinner.
