It is pretty much a rule for tattoo artist to not tattoo minors with out both parents consent. A parent must also be present. For that reason, most will not work on a 13,14 year old.

It's actually illegal in both states, as well as the rest of the country. Even with parental consent.

That said, there are shops who will take it on anyway, which speaks to exactly what kind of work they're doing. Just wait until you're legal. Chances are, the design you think is cool at thirteen or fourteen years old is going to be really lame when you're a little bit older.

If they care about not staying in business and not getting sued, sure! It's illegal to tattoo a minor kid, in EVERY state. Sorry, wait till your 18.

I would say no- at least not on purpose. They could get sued if they did it knowingly. I say wait, especially if your only 13/14 years old. If that's the case- What could you possibly want to get tattooed anyway?

all teens 16 and above can legally get tattoos once the teens parents of guardians sign an official waver saying that the teen can get the tattoo. any younger nd you cant get one. your better off saving up and start really thinking about what you want for tats because itll be on you for the rest of your life.

No but i can make a home made tattoo machine and fins sum 1 who can draw goo to do it but sketch it out 1st on ur skin then trase it but it depend wher u want it bro dnt let just any 1 do it they hav to know how dee to go in ur skin if u get it in ur back and they dnt know what there doing u could get parolized 4 the the rest of ur life
