Mormons: Can Mormon women be members of the Ironic Priesthood?

    First of all, it is called the Aaronic priesthood.

    Second, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt that you aren't trolling...though I'm pretty sure you are.

    Now, no, women cannot themselves hold the Priesthood. However, when a man and woman are married, and the man has the Melchizedek Priesthood, it can be be said the the family has the Priesthood.

    It is not the" Ironic"priesthood but I can't think of what they do call it.

    No women are not allowed. They cannot hold many positions in the Mormon church like elder or bishop.

    They are a brainwashed cult of hate. Never NEVER trust a Mormon unless they explicitly tell you that they know the religion is false but they are just keeping up appearance so they are not vilified or shunned by their established friends and family.

    Priestess would be an accurate term. All those Mormon women who are Temple Worthy could be properly called Priestesses.

    They are not officially called that, but they certainly are.
