How do i get rid of this bathtub stain?

I had a mat on the the bottom of my bathtub for years. Now that I took it off a combination of years worth of showers have left marks on the tub where the mats suction things were. I can clear it up a little but nothing i do seems to get if completely off.

it will sure be hard to get the stains off, yet you can always try scrubbing it off with a Mr. Muscle solution for hard-to-remove stains like that.

there are lots of bleach available for cleaning too, just select the one with higher acid content.

make sure u use a rubber glove when removing the stain so chemicals won't affect your skin.

    p.s.

if the stain won't get off with several scrubs and solutions...or even after times of soaking with cleaning chemicals, just put on another mat...a newer one...you know...for style. :)

This is an "Off Label" use....

I had an old porcelain sink in my first apartment and it was badly stained. I tried everything.

Then I cooked a Goose in the oven. A greasy mess. I bought oven cleaner and did the oven. The pan was a mess so I figured I'd do the pan in the sink. What do your know...the over spray took a lot of the stains out!

I was already venting the room so I did the rest of the sink with Easy-Off. Didn't harm the surface, made it slick and shiny again.

I had the same problem whenever I was cleaning out my rental house, quite a mess they left behind. I always use EcoGeeks products. They are all natural AND are tough on the stains left behind. After letting it soak it took those stains right out for me!

    Hope this helps!

You must be some housekeeper. Why didn't you wash underneath the mat on a regular basis?
