Can anyone tell me what these symptoms may mean?

I can't afford a doctor so I was wanting some helpful advise/opinions. I've been having basic cold symptoms since November but nothing I took would help. Also I have sores in my right nostril that won't go away and recently my chest has been hurting pretty bad. Today I found out I have a fever of 101.7 but I didn't know it. I've taken NyQuil/DayQuil, Cold multisymptom medications, a few off brand things, and now I'm trying a nasal spray. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

You might have pneumonia in one or both of your lungs if your chest is hurting, especially if it hurts more when you inhale deeply. The sore in your nose could be from irritation or dryness and won't go away as long as you are having a runny or stuffed up nose. If you do have pneumonia, you will need antibiotics so don't mess around with it. Best of Luck :)

You are probably suffering from endocrine related illness, specifically affecting the thyroid gland.you ought to see an endocrinologist and eventually undergo some laboratory tests to check your thyroid hormones.
