My husband is 10 years older than me.
I worked with a guy whose wife is older than he is and they are deliriously happy.
Age doesn't matter, love matters.

Someone around your age.
What people fail to realize is that, when they marry someone too old for them while they themselves are still in there "prime" soon enough they won't like what they see in there spouse (physically)....
I would rather grow old TOGETHER at the same pace.....rather than being with someone older than me OR younger than me.

Get a younger woman. If you must marry, expat from the Anglosphere.
