I'm extremely sorry for your loss. I can't put into words how much my heart goes out to you right now. Trust me, I get the same feelings, and I lost my best friend (my horse, who I loved like a son) on Dec. 18. I know it's nothing compared to losing your father, but it was the worst suffering I had ever had. I wanted to end it all because I simply felt everything good in my life had been taken away from me, but you have to hold your head up and look at the bright side of things! Get together with a close friend and try to spend time doing things so you won't have so much time to think about your loss. I also feel that I don't love myself sometimes, also. I have very low self esteem and it's very hard. Just tell yourself you are good enough, and if anyone thinks otherwise, then screw them. You are a very strong person, I can tell. Don't let this get in the way of your hopes and dreams! I really hope I helped!
