What is the difference in Red flame grapes and Red Reliance grapes? The red reliance grape are more expensive. Why?

They are 2 different varieties and there will be differences. I suggest you read up on each variety to find the differences. The red reliance is probably a newer variety or it has some resistance to some disease the other doesn't.
I don't grow grapes but this is true of any plant or seeds. The newer cultivars are always more expensive. Whether it is worth your while to pay the extra only you can decide by reading up on each cultivar
