4 of my green Jalapeno peppers ripened. I noticed one, a worm I think ate its way clear through one side of the pepper and out the other side. What kind of worm/insect eats jalapeno peppers? In western Tennessee.

I retired from Class A {company driver} last year after 14 years. A business friend asks me, He wants to know if he buys a semi truck can he rent out the truck. I knew alittle about this as maybe he could and pay the a driver 40 cents a mile and make a profit. I could have tried to talk him out of this. My quess is the former tenant in my rental was brushing his teeth and dripped saliva and toothpaste on the exterior of the stained wooden bathroom vanity. Its dried up. I tried furniture polish and was unsuccefull at removal. What if anything would remove the stain?

My kitchen and bathroom cabinets were all stained the same color back in built in 1992. I noticed the subcontractors on filp this house tv show, they lightly sanded down the kitchen cabinets and applied a dark wood stain to renew the look. My spouse was involved in a little fender bender. She wanted to change lanes and slowed down for too many cars in the way and another woman came around quickly and dented her left front fender. The other woman admitted guilt and recieved a ticket. My spouse recieved no ticket. I could tell by the damage to her car another car made contact. My insurer geico tells me the other woman recanted her story and her insurance wont recognize the accident. After paying the deductable $500, geico tells me a third party must be used to get the other insurance company to accept the at fault and pay up. And geico has been telling me this for 2-3 months. I am asking those who had a ulcerous foot infection to perhaps give me some insight on the last part. My foot infection surfaced last mid oct on my right foot where its 1/2 wider than the left foot. Right on the widest place towards the side below the little toe.

I"ve had 2 vascular surgeries, both times the surgeon told me I cant get below the knee cap with the wire during surgery. Man when I hear the word amputation. I sought out a second opinion. During the 3rd surgery the surgeon told me he knew he didnt have the correct tool to get past the knee cap and unblock the blocked arteries going to my foot. Finally the 4 th surgery unblocked the arteries.

Now in mid feb 4 months later I am seeing a plastic surgeon. Last visit he said come back in another week. I am presently waiting for surgery to remove the black scabby part and replace it with new skin. The entire ordeal is very painful, I cant work and watching tv most of the day and night well its better than sitting in the hospital the entire time. My question is after they replace the old with the new skin how long does the take to heal and get to where I can walk again normally?

My question is what if you need to collect unemployment from the government. Can you collect as did the company or you as a business owner, did they pay money towards unempolyment insurance?

I own a one owner 06 Prius. I've held class A license since 1997. When I drive I dont make contact with anything. I was driving in the right lane on a undivided 4 lane road and went through an intersection, speed limit 35 mph. Next I noticed a 95 camaro z28 become discontent with the progress of the left lane, next the camaro changed lanes into my blind spot making contact with my prius. I pulled over as did 2 other cars the camaro and a maxima which struck the curb instead of the camaro. Called the police out. They gave the driver of the camaro a ticket improper lane change. My car insurance card being expired. I got a ticket for this. The woman driving the maxima was my witness as she told the police what actually happened.

I go the police station to get a copy of the accident report and call progressive insurance as the driver of the camaro presented this insurance company at the time of the accident. Turns out progressive cancelled the insurance policy for non payment back in sept. I have uninsured motorists insurance with geico, next progressive wouldnt release a denial letter to geico for 10 days so that I might get my prius repaired. My prius the damage starts at the driver door, the passenger door is caved in and the quarter panel in front of the tire is bent, yet when you open the passenger door you see major damaged to the tracks where the door meet down at the bottom. This makes me mad. How do I get the adjuster to replace the whole quarter panel? when hey its an adjustment a claim where you usually take what you can get?

The trucking company I drive for gives 120 days off for sick leave and 6 weeks of personal leave all unpaid. In 2012 I was ill twice, last a foot infection. My 120 days is up on wednesday, meaning termination unless i let them know to put me on the remaining personal leave. I had my house painted a few years ago, only to notice before the painters waranty of a year the paint began to peel. Yes its still peeling from the siding of pressed wood. Painted with porter paint. About 20 percent peeled in places slowly and is really noticeable when it rains you can see the humidity underneath and paint separating.

In no way could a person scrap off the entire paint job. I touch it up occasionally. How and why did this happen? The only solution I am able to think of is to take a pressure washer to it and next repaint with a different kind of paint. I would value your opinion alot thank you.
