The average weight is probably about 130-150 pounds, because half of the United States is obese.
A healthy weight is one that is natural. If it is your natural metabolism to be 95 pounds then there is nothing wrong with that, just your body's structure. If your natural metabolism is 200 pounds, it is your body's structure as well, just fat and unhealthy.
As long as it is your natural metabolism and you don't starve yourself, there is nothing wrong. Underweight is when people starve themselves, like Angelina Jolie.

That's a tough one. There are a number of factors that need to be taken into consideration. I suspect you really don't mean "average weight" because that would be based upon the weight of the 18 year old in the country you are considering or, what should be even more difficult, the average weight of all the 18 year olds in the world. Unfortunately, since the average 18 year old in America is approaching the size of a baby blimp, you wouldn't want to compare yourself to them. As for Clean's re: BMI (body mass index) being inaccurate, that can be true if the only thing you consider is the calculation. For example my BMI is 24.2 which is bordering on over weight, but I'm quite muscular from being a physical fitness fanatic and since muscle is more dense than fat my BMI is much higher than normal. Generally a BMI of between 19 and 25 is considered a safe range for a girl who is 5' 3". That equates to a weight between 107 to 140 lbs. If you take the average of that you get 123.5 lbs. Assuming your bone structure is also average and you're not overly muscular, that would be a good weight to compare your weight to. Take your middle finger and your thumb and try to encircle your wrist. If you can with no noticeable space, you've got an average bone structure. If you can't encircle your wrist, you're big boned and probably should weigh more than 123 lbs. Of course, if you're small boned you should weigh less. That's the best I can do, Sonadora; I hope it helps.

There is no "average." It really isn't based on age. BMI is really inaccurate so you shouldn't go by that.
Focus more on your body type and your measurements. The number on the scale really doesn't mean much.

Don't eat second helpings, leave off the sweets, and cut back on your carbohydrates. That is, leave off your potatoes and cut way back on bread. Get plenty of exercise. Try not to snack unless it is fruits and vegetables. Leave off your unhealthy snack especially at night before bedtime.
