Nipple infected?!?!? Help please?

OUCH!! Okay, is there any antibacterial ointment that you can use? You want to start using that.. I don't know if that was something you enjoyed, but in all honesty, you may just want to tone that down a bit....

I don't know your age or the age of your partner, but you can look at the age of consent in your state and if you are older than that, then you can go to a free clinic without there being an issue.

If it looks infected, you are going to have to make something up to tell your parent why you need to go to the doctor and then ask your parent to stay in the waiting room while you talk to the doctor. Your doctor will actually MAKE your parent leave if you ask them to, so don't let that be a barrier to getting care if you think it is getting infected.

Also, infection takes a little while to set in, so I doubt it was infected in less than a few hours.. Look out for pus, check your temperature, etc.

In the meanwhile, keep some antibiotic cream on it (triple antibiotic cream is best) and for goodness sakes, don't be such a freak in bed that you are getting battle scars already! And PLEASE use birth control !!!!! Do you really want to be tied to a nipple gnasher the rest of your life??

Alright first off, I know you're against going to the doctor because you're a minor, but have you heard of free clinics? If you google ones in your area, I am almost positive you will be able to find one within 10-15 minutes of your house. They will check you out regardless of your age, and are guaranteed to keep your privacy.

I would heavily recommend trying to get it checked out just because if it worsens, you may be left with no other choice than to explain to your parents which obviously is not the ideal scenario. I'd continue cleaning it, and start seeing if there are any free clinics near you. Good luck!
