Assuming the masses reach thermal equilibrium in one minute. Olive oil has almost exactly one half the heat capacity of water. The more heat capacity a mass has the more heat it takes to raise it's temperature. The olive oil will get hotter than the water. The climb in temperature of the olive oil will be twice that of the water.

Heat is molecules moving fast in their tiny spring cages. That's kinetic energy.
