Weight Loss and need recommendations?
I am a 6'3" 305 lbs male 40 year old. I have low testosterone levels but they are still in the normal range per my doctor. I have no energy to work out and I want to so I can lose weight but get way too tired too soon. I have been looking at purchasing some legal anabolic steroids to help boost my testosterone levels to regain the energy I used to have. Do any of you have any recommendations? The doc really is no help, tried that route. With respect serious answers only please.
I just wanted to add some left out details. I am eating healthy taking in 1800 calories or less a day. Mostly vegs and some fruits. No sodas, no sugar and nothing unhealthy enters. Some chicken and fish but no beef. 60 to 100 oz of water daily, used to drink alcohol a lot but I have stopped that to lose this weight.

I don't see why you need a test booster since you'll only gain more weight with it.
If you're really 305lbs with low testosterone the you'll skyrocket to 320 if you even get your testosterone levels to a little bit above normal.
Losing weight is a matter of burning more calories than you consume. So all you have to do is do some 1 hour cardio every day and eat less, and you'll start losing weight.

Can't comment on steroids with respect to increasing testosterone since I've never used them before but the lack of testosterone is the least of your problems. Once you become healthy, i'm sure your testosterone levels will increase.
First off, you have to start eating better. You will not lose an ounce no matter how much you workout, if your diet sucks. It's that plain and simple. Eliminate all sodas, juices etc. No calories should come from beverages, period.
Lean protein and green vegetables should be the main part of your diet. 1-2 pieces of fruit per day is fine. Eat smaller meals every 2-4 hours. This will help increase your metabolism. Be aware of portion control.
Workout wise, it's hard b/c you're overweight but you have to start somewhere. Even brisk walking for 10 min will help. Then gradually work your way up to 15 min then 20 etc. Eventually you'll be able to run, lift etc.
There is a lot more but that's good for starters. I highly advise you to checkout my youtube channel below dedicated to health and fitness. I have healthy recipes, tips, workouts etc to help you along this journey. best of luck. link below.

turn dinner into a healthy lunch the next day by wrapping your lean leftovers in a whole wheat wrap add a little dijon mustard or curry powder for added flavor
