He was pissed you disturbed him, not so bothered you saw him. Knows you masturbate, and probably you have each seen each other nude a number of times, so the nudity should not have been an issue. Plus he may have been close to climaxing, and didn't want to start over. Just act like nothing happened, or maybe complement him on his size. That'd throw him.

It depends if you're close enough with your brother he might of figured "Hey he does it to". If he was in the moment and close to climaxing he probably won't stop till finished.
