I would say you are much smaller than average, not that it's a bad thing though.

It's short, but don't worry too much. I'm a guy and I was under 5 feet when I was 12.
Funny thing about that was I recently found an old picture from a 7th grade field trip. One guy in that picture was barely bigger than I was and he ended up being 6-6.
