How can i overcome the inevitable afternoon dip in ENERGY?

    A light, healthful snack can help:

    A handful of raisins & peanuts

    An ounce of cheese & a few whole-grain crackers

    A celery stalk with cream cheese and raisins

    6 - 8 ounces of soup

    A cup of coffee or red bull and a shot walk. after that i'm like motor mouth and have tons of energy lol

    well if you sleep until noon then in theory your afternoon dip would be your morning dip and you would be just fine
