I'm a really shy person, when i try to make new friends or try to talk to a boy i like i get really scared to talk to them, how can i not be to shy?

The secret is in not overthinking to much when you are doing it, and overthink it before that happens. What I mean is... you don't know this guy, so if you go and talk to him, whats the worst thing that can happen? its that he isn0t intrested, but.. who is he? thats right, you don't know, it doesn't matter at all because at the end of the day he is a nobody you don't know him, nor his friends so its ok if he says no.. now if he does talk to you you won a new friend, as you can see there is nothing to loose :D
