No, they will never learn because everyone thinks it will never happen to them. Just like being kidnapped, murdered, etc. people always feel if they are careful, nothing will ever happen to them. Many lives have been torn apart because of immature behavior, carelessness, and being too trusting in this evil world we live in.

I think most people know the dangers of that.

But some people do not care and use drugs and alcohol to excess.

When a person dies as a result of that I really do not care.

I also think that when someone overdoses and is found flopping in the gutter they should be left to die there.
