as in 1900 to 1910 era? where abouts? what background/class?
it will vary massivly. rural, urban, rich, poor etc. more info needed
you could try checking out some tv, films etc set in 1900s or reading some books from the period.
at the moment in the uk there is a real trend for this era. the fashons etc due to a couple of very popular period dramas set in this time
such as downton abbey and larkrise to candleford. check them out.
