You probably need a lot more digestive enzymes from a lot more fruit and vegetables to improve your digestion.

If you get queasy after every bite, your blood sugar or sodium levels are probably low from eating less. Both would leave you head-achy.
If you are not rebounding from an eating disorder (nausea + food is expected there), you may have developed an infection of the gut lining (gastritis) that causes you to feel sick every time you eat.
Or, you could have developed a food sensitivity, such as gluten or lactose intolerance. Sensitivities can develop suddenly Almost all processed and packaged foods in N. America contain gluten and most contain some dairy protein, so you would feel sick after eating most things.
Sounds like it's time to get checked out and perhaps get a food allergy panel done. :)

Maybe its a food allergy,.if you notice it when you eat certain foods like cereal, pizza etc it could be wheat/gluten allergy possibly. Try an elimination diet and keep a diary of what you ate and how you felt after. Good Luck!!
