BMI can be miss leading because it uses "mass" and doesn't divide it into "Fat Mass" and "Muscle Mass." Your workout seems to be missing cardio which helps with weight reduction. You didn't mention your diet and abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym. I'd recommend the treadmill for 30 minutes after each workout and come up with a diet plan to reduce calories and boost protein.
