Personal Question Help/Advice?

so recently a boy that i used to kinda like has been touching me kind of inappropriatly. ill be 14 in march, im in 8th grade. he grabs my butt and grabs my boobs. we are kind of friends, well we have mutual friends and we text every once in a while, but not many girls like him because they say hes mean. we have tech class together, and all of this occurs while we are at school in this class. occasionally if i hand him a hammer for a project he'll casually press his arm against my boob, and when he walks by me he grabs my butt and stuff like that, but yesterday he went to get a screwdriver with me and he actually grabbed my boob when we were in the tool closet. i honestly didnt care that much when he grabbed my butt, but my boob was kinda far. i dont want to tell the school or anything; im trying to play it cool and it hasnt caused my too much upset-ness, but i do kinda get uncomfortable and i dont want to send him the wrong message (i dont want him to think im a slut)...also one time one of my "frenemies" told me that they heard somewhere that i made out with him (i havent even kissed anyone). ive kinda said like "your so weird" like playfully when he does it, and im thinking about just saying like "hey wanna quit groping me?" jokingly so he doesnt get too mad because i kinda wanna be friends with him still. whenever i text him tho, he kinda just replies with a few words, and a few hahas and thats it. sometimes he completly ignores me, and other times he seems like he likes me. what do you think i should say/do, but by still keepin it cool?
