it depends on what kind of exercises you are doing, not to mention every one is different. i would imagine three months is enough with the right kind of exercise. just remember that just doing crunches will not necessarily help you lose your belly fat. the best thing you can do to burn fat is jog or run, and this has been scientifically proven time and time again, the main thing ab exercises does is build up your ab muscles not break down belly fat, With a positive outlook and determination though, you should have no problem seeing your abs or even getting a six pack in that time frame.

I would say that you are half way there. You didn't say how long it took to go from 170 to 143 but hover long that was is how much longer you have to go. You know that abs are built in the kitchen so that is great. I say keep it up and you will be there. Good Luck!

four to six months. why? well you have some fat so first you gonna need to rid of that, then you will be able to begin building it. if you do try to build with that fat, you abs might come a bit weird and also its gonna hurt alot since that fat will keep you back. you dont have much fat so do try to exercise it off before you begin. good luck

body fat has to be 10% or below to really start to see abs. Just keep doing that cardio, and not jogging but like sprints and stuff
