Since it's a company's trademark you should ignore Austins advice...
Maybe...maybe not...depends on how big you become...
And did you bother to look up what "feria" means.....

Anyone can be sued by anyone for anything in virtually every jurisdiction in the world. That is not the question. The question is whether she could sue and win. The answer is clearly no.
