Should abortion be classed as murder?

The only ones I've seen are those who are fooled into believing a fetus and a baby are the same exact thing, that they're doing a great service by bringing a baby into the world and putting it into a situation where it is likely to be neglected, abused, or even killed, and who seem to believe that the only purpose a woman has is to have children.

A foetus is not the same as a living human being, a foetus is brain dead up until day 50 of the pregnancy.

If a patient in hospital is brain dead, and the life support machine is switched off, is that classed as murder? the answer is no.

Also, a foetus or an embryo are not a baby, they merely have the potential to grow into one.

How can it be murder if a fetus isn't a living being? True, it can develop into a living being, but at the time the fetus is aborted, it isn't alive. A fetus is a part of a woman's body until it has developed to the point where it can survive on its own when separated from the surrogate being.
