If god does exist, why doesn't he smite me on the spot?

There once was a friend of the family,many years ago, i swear she had to be a descendant of Nostradamus.What you did,and was thinking of doing,was known to her , an honest to god real medium..She was religious,and she said,"that's god working through her,and when judgement day comes it will be much worse ,He will know everything,your sins will be laid bare for all - like a film for saints and martyrs to watch... I always said it must be tough on her daughters,they're Not psychics like her - i mean your face is like a diary

Trust me, He has a plan for you so doesn't smite you on the spot. And don't let the "touchy - feely" people tell you it is a "wonderful plan". There is definitely a plan but it is not always wonderful. Look what the plan was for Pharoah (Romans 9:17). It was NOT a happy plan.Some people exist for God to show His anger against sin. Some people exist so God can display His mercy, giving redemption freely. Pray that you are one of the latter.

Why would god have to prove himself he gave man free will to choose or choose not to believe him

he is giving you time to repent and turn to him for salvation as he does to all people

Even though god butchers most people through miscarriages and his hatred for gays, he is apparently incapable of smiting people. Go figure.

God doesn't smite people on the spot.

God is all-knowing and all-powerful, you couldn't do that, no matter how much you tell yourself at night that He isn't real

He already announced ahead of time when he's going to smite you. It's called Judgement Day.

He is merciful, faithful and forgiving. He will always give you chances until your life is over.
