The theft of phone minutes.?

I am using T-Mobile and every month I will call T-Mobile's Service and put $53.00 worth of minutes on my phone, which is adequate for me. However, every month I get this text message, which really doesn't make any sense, so I will immediately delete it. When I check my phone minutes, 90 minutes of it is missing. This happened for the past four months. So, I write T-Mobile and ask them what happened to this 90 minutes I lose every month. They didn't have the courtesy to respond to my letter. So, I call T-Mobile Services and explained to this person what was happening. This person couldn't even tell me why or what was happening with my minutes being ripped off. I found that strange as hell considering they monitor your minutes just as I do. I got had again tonight for 66 minutes as I only had 169 minutes left on my phone. Since T-Mobile won't respond to me, I would sure appreciate it if there is someone out there who can inform what is happening and how to stop it.

Thanks for your answer Oliver, but that is not what is happening. I pay for my minutes, I have a prepaid phone. When I get low on minutes I will buy them thru a refill card. Earlier today I went to the CVS store and bought $25.00 worth of minutes. Four hours later after receiving this stupid text message, I am out 66 minutes! Do you feel me? I talked to a friend today about this. He said, someone is sending you a huge text message with attachments and you're being charged for it. Like I told him, why on Earth would I be charged minutes for what he sent me! When my grandson texts me, I don't get charged for it, he does. So that ruled out my friends hypothesis. Someone has my phone number and they're by whatever means able to rip off my minutes. I have no doubt(s) that whoever is doing this to me, is freeloading off of others doing the same thing. For the past five months this has been happening to me. The only solution I can come up with, is throw away the phone I have and

    If I were you, I would call T-Mobile again and speak to another representative.

    Instead of suggesting someone is stealing your minutes, ask them to verify how your plan works and about your usage (your purchase of service and your use of it).

    Noone is stealing your minutes- it is just not happening. You CAN be sent a text and be charged for it, if you are being sent the text in error then you need to contact the sender and ask them to quit sending you those messages. In some cases, a text message may be free for both parties, in some cases it may be free for one and the other pay, and in some cases both may be charged for text messages- it depends on your (and the other party's) plan.

    Calls utilize more minutes at certain times during the day, if you are accessing the internet from your phone then that could be using your minutes.

    Again, call T-Mobile and try to find out what is going on. You might also consider switching to a service other than prepaid- T-Mobile has a hybrid where you can select a plan but pay for it in advance- it will give you much better service, but still without a monthly contract.

    could this be a accidental charge error ...yes .

    if your on contract and recently changed it , it may be due to the contract

    what you got to do is keep calling them untill you find someone who will help.

    its like that with every service providers
