Can my personal statement for college be similar to the one I sent to University?

I applied to Uni for law and got two conditionals back.

But just in case if I don't get the grades I need I would like to have college as back up. So I chose to apply for social sciences.

Are the college personal statements compared to Uni personal statements for plagiarism?

For example if I take my law one and alter it a bit to make the social sciences fit would I be accused of plagiarism?

    Plagiarism is stealing someone else's work. Unless you plagiarized your personal statement for law school, submitting a similar one for college will not be a problem.
