I'm possibly moving in with my mom but she wants me to wear skirts all the time?

I'm going to college out of state starting in June for the summer semester. To save money, I can move in with my mother rent free. However she's a born again Christian and insists that I have to go to church every week and must wear dresses or skirts only while living at her house. I am proud of my mom and her commitment to her faith, it has really helped her and changed her since she accepted Jesus into her life. I want to do this not only to have a nice place to live, but also to have a closer relationship with my mother. But her church is just very conservative compared to what I'm used to and the having to wear skirts thing is hard to get around. I've always been a borderline tomboy and love wearing jeans, though I 'm not entirely ungirly. What should I do? Any advice? I don't want to try and talk her out of her beliefs, I just want to know if I should live with her despite her rules and would it be worth it. I really do love my mom.

You know the price you will have to pay to live at home. Pay the rent or find your own place.

Try to make some kind of compromise. Say that when you are going to church or out with your mom you'll wear skirts, but when you are out with friends or by yourself or around the house, wear shorts or jeans. If she doesn't agree, then you might just have to deal with it or live on your own.

If you really love your mom then try wearing skirts during church times and convince your mom to wear your choice during colleges.

Tell her she should be busy enough working on her own life and she doesn't need the pressure of trying to manage other people's lives.

    Your age would help here.

I know this will sound odd but i have no patience for people who enforce their beliefs on me.

Tell her that if she lets you be yourself while you live with her, when she is old, you won't make her suffer when she has to live with you.
