HELP! No Video Input!!!?

Just this morning i took out the Memory in my Pc and after maybe about 15 minutes, i put it back in and just boot on my Pc normally but my Monitor displays "Attention : No Input Display" I tried removing the cords, Monitors power cord and the Pc's, The Video card. Please i don't know what to do.

Update:

*I've Already placed the Vga Cord back maybe about 3 times now

*Also Reseated the Memory more than 5 times now.

*Reseated the Video Card and such 3 times.

*Cleaned the Inside of my Pc

*Reseated the MoBo Battery

*I think nothing shorted because Nothing smells bad.

*Did the "Remove the Power Cord and press the power button for like 30 seconds to a minute on the monitor and the Cpu"*

*And Also the The Cpu Powers up, The fans are spinning except that there is no Boot sound. Just a ticking sound. somehow similar to how the memory stick lock's after it has been seated.

    Hello, you answer you own question as to why the monitor is not receiving a video source. I would put the ram or memory back in the correct slots. It could be that you inadvertently disconnected the vga cable which is a black cable with two blue square cables on each side which should plugged into the graphics card. Check the back of the computer tower for a blue port with several pins attached and put the memory back in. It could be that when the memory was taken out of the pc, it might've also disconnected that particular cable. Here is what the cables generally look like. Cut and paste that link into your browser
