    I think he should keep his mouth shut until the billion plus in taxes he owes are paid.

    Nice try. They (the company) don't owe that money... the IRS is attempting to counter sue for an imposed tax.

    I personally hope NetJets wins.

    A company, owned by his company owes back taxes. That is not personnel tax. And tons of companies owe back taxes
