Clearly you want to know if you can marry, or sleep with your cousin legally. The way its worded is obvious. If you feel that strongly for her, maybe you should spend some time apart to find someone who is not your blood related family. If your mothers brother is her father, than you are her first cousin; which is illegal!

As your lineage expands you bypass from a million/2 to at least a million/4 to at least a million/8 to at least a million/16 to at least a million/32 so your blood line slowly decreases to the point that your bloodlineage bares no fruit on reproduction yet there'll continually be a hint of blood lineage that could be observed. If one seems on the actual incontrovertible actuality that those that lived before you contributed on your finished bloodline and under no circumstances you theirs then we could call those oblique lines to you. Even your little ones do no longer have your finished blood in them yet they do carry a million/2 of your DNA characteristics. I fairly have even heard that DNA includes extra of the daddy's DNA characteristics because the male is the added dominant DNA. I go away that as a lot as technology to barter over. the answer on your question is certain. 2d cousins are blood suitable yet each era is way less and a lot less to reveal solid bloodline heredity.

If your mother and her brother are full siblings and neither you nor your cousin are adopted or stepchildren of the parents involved, you're blood-related and first cousins no times removed.
