The bill—H.R. 347, or the “Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds and Improvment Act of 2011"
H.R. 347 expands an existing federal criminal statute – Title 18, Section 1752 of the United States Code, or the “restricted buildings or grounds” law. The law was originally passed in 1971 and was last amended in 2006.

the 6th was infringed upon when the Bush Administration started holding US citizens without charging them. i.e. Chaplin James Woo
The 1st was infringed on more than a few times when Bush arrested journalists covering protests i.e. St. Paul 2008, 8 journalists were charged with terrorism for reporting on the RNC
the 4th with Bush's wire tapping, especially of anti-war groups operating peacefully in the US, which Obama violated when he cleared Bush of those charges
the 7th with Gitmo
The 8th with water boarding
the 14th, due process, again with journalists covering protests, particularly the blogger, whats his name, in Oakland in 2005
And currently there is a fight about if it is legal for the GOP to break the 26th, especially in swing states with a heavy college aged population.

1st Amendment prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion, impeding the free exercise of religion,
when the federal government moves to force the Catholic Church to pay for birth control pills it considers a sin that is a violation of the 1st amendment
The first amendment is also being violated by a new law that allows the secret service to establish protest free zones around people they are protecting. SO much for free speech, the right to assamble, and the right to seek redress for grievences
2nd Amendment - the Obama administration sent several thousand American guns to Mexican Gun Gangs so that they would turn up at crime scenes and serve as a pretext for a new assault weapons ban. - that's a direct attack on the second amendment
6th amendment: the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial
Obama signed the latest NDAA which authorizes the military to hold American citizens indefinately without trial

Affordable Care Act infringes on 1st Amendment (among others); the legislation is requiring all employers to pay for contraceptive coverage and morning-after pill coverage, even though this goes against the tenets of some religious institutions. Separation of church and state is a two-way street, Mr. Obama.
