There's no "I" in meat, but there's "me" and "eat", and I don't know how vegans can argue with that logic.?

Update:

1stly, sorry, this wasn't actually meant to be posted in veg & vegan's....it just did that automatically (I have nothing against you guys at all)

2ndly I was only hoping to get a chuckle out of you guys.

Update 2:

Janet, How can your daughter call herself a vegetarian when she would be REQUIRED to taste the meat she eats? & if she's not, what kind of cowboy chef is she working for? I'd expect everyone who works for me to know exactly what everything that is served should taste like. If they refuse....good bye job.

Do I know what a vegetarian is? I'm pretty sure I have a better idea than you. If you don't have a sense of humour, it's not my problem, it's yours.

Update 3:

*cooks....sorry, not eats ^^

YOU CAN'T GET A CHUCKLE OUT OF THIS ANAL CROWD. WHEN THEY BECAME VEGETARIAN AND VEGAN THEY HAD TO SURRENDER WHATEVER SENSE OF HUMOR THEY MAY HAVE POSSESSED

    @HEAVENSTOMURGATROYD---THERE'S ALSO "NEGATIVE" IN 'VEGETARIAN'

  • Clearly you don't even know what vegan is. But not everyone can be smart. You gave us your highly intellectual, highly researched opinion (violation), but what was your question? One IS required.

You have some nerve calling yourself a chef. My daughter is vegetarian, but doesn't criticize those who eat meat. When she's in a restaurant kitchen, and is asked to cook meat, she cooks meat.

Chuckle? What was the funny part? I'm not even vegetarian, and I don't find that amusing... not that I even understand it. This isn't a joke or chat site. It really is a question and answer site.

What logic? How is an anagram proof of anything? There are many interesting anagrams you can construct out of "vegetarian" such as "A Tear Given" which explains why people choose the diet for ethical reasons.

"Aria Veg Ten" Aria, which commonly means "an air" or, if you would, a "presence" could refer to the choice to become vegetarian because of religious reasons, the air of course referring to a God or deity. (The "ten" could symbolize the ten commandments)

"I Avenge Rat" could also support why people become vegetarians for animal rights purposes, typically radical ones.

"It Vegan Era" could indicate they are vegetarian for the time being before they become vegan, or even indicate that a new era has arisen where plant based diets will become the norm.

"Era Anti Veg" could indicate why people choose vegetarian diets to be non conformist and that the era we are currently in discourages such a diet.

"Eat Gain Rev" This could indicate why people choose the diet for health reasons. "Eat" vegetarian food "Gain rev", aka, speed up your body and how healthy you are.

Basically, don't use anagrams as proof. You look like a knob.

Sorry this is pretty funny. I just told my pet brick and it didn't think it was funny but I can hear this coming out of the mouth of a friend. My friend is an idiot, his ex-wife was a vegan so he has some sort of hate for vegans based on his failed marriage.

That doesn't really make sense. I'm a vegitarian (not vegan). The only reason that I don't eat meat is because it's mental thing. I think it's gross to eat a pig or cow because at one time it was alive and breathing. That's just gross for me. But I don't force anyone else in my family to only eat vegetables. We usually have meat with every meal at my house. I just choose not to eat it.

The only logic involved here is stopping the unwanted barbaric murder of innocent sentient beings who did absolutely no harm to humans.

Ah yes that is very clever. There is "I" in chicken and pig....and "OW" in cow....oh that's a good one. Veg*ns could counter argue with that one!
