This is quite a vague question. Are you intending to move to the UK permanently or temporarily? Are you wanting to study, live, work or just be a tourist? What age are you? It can make a big difference. What qualifications do you have? Are you skilled in anything? What are your reasons for wanting to move to the UK? Whatever the answers to these questions are, will determine whether or not you have any chance of coming to the UK at all. Perhaps you could be more specific and let us know in another question a little more about the reasons you wish to move here. There is plenty of advice on the UK Border Agency website, which explains all about visas and how to apply, and who is eligible to apply for each type. I have pasted a link for you below.
