No, it is not.
The median FICO score is around 720. Historically, about 15% of Americans have a FICO score below 600. A "good" credit score is over 780.

That's still low. A fair score is 620/659. It usually goes up 5 to 10% per month providing you are paying on time. It should take about another 9 month months to get to that level. If you can wait another 12 months after that, your score will be between 660/749 which is a good score. This will also give you a lower rate on loans and mortgages.

No, that's really low. You want to be at least in the high 600s. Preferably in the 700s, be more cautious of your spending and make sure you pay bills on time and it should go up over time.
