I forgot the name of a movie I saw a while ago..?

I remember watching this movie about a girl who played the violin. She had her own little 'business'. She'd set up a stall and kids would line up, pay 20c to tell her a secret and she'd keep them to the grave. I know at some stage, she falls off her roof and is rushed to hospital, something about her being adopted and then all the secrets she kept? Well, she helps those kids tell their secrets because you can't keep secrets forever or something..
