Afghanistan. If he committed a crime in that country then he should be held accountable under their laws.

he's an american citizen who was in the military on duty for The best country in the world... America wouldn't just leave one of america's soldiers in a foriegn country like that. Although this guy eFFed up and he's eFFed by america.
I think he outta be in Guantanamo prison next to all the rest of the POW of the war.

i think of he could be prosecuted with the aid of Afghanistan, If that got here approximately over right here we wouldnt right here the tip of it. And the reasons for this guy from a majority of those information guides is disgusting.

Bales is a US Military soldier. He belongs to the U.S.A. not Afghanistan.

He is an American citizen, and being in the military makes him "U.S. Government Property."
He should be tried in the United States.
Do you seriously think he'd get a "FAIR TRIAL" in Afghanistan?

Idk traditionally a uncaputered soldier that commits crimes in war is put on trial in their own country.
